Welcome to RusticOPK , Hong Kong’s first and only organic pizza kitchen.
Our focus is on the produce and ingredients that goes into making incredible, great tasting pizzas. All ingredients (where possible) are sourced from certified organic growers and farmers to ensure the most wholesome tasting product available.
Where some businesses cut corners for their own benefit, Rustic OPK goes the extra mile to get the best products available. For instance, instead of using conventional ingredients that are cheaper to purchase and unhealthy for the customer, we pay a little more to use quality organic ingredients that are both healthier and tastier. Another example is our whole wheat pizza crust and our signature ‘ratatouille’ tomato sauce packed with organic vegetables and herbs guaranteed to get even the finickiest eaters to eat their vegetables.
We go to this effort because anyone can make a pizza - however it takes skill to make a mouth watering, to die for pizza that you can sit down and eat with your family and friends and know you’re giving them the best product available.
